At Copper Canyon Laser Design, every item we create is custom-made just for you. That means once production begins, materials, machine time, and labor are immediately committed to your order.

Please Read Carefully Before Approving Your Proof

  • All products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order

  • A digital proof is provided for approval before production

  • Once a proof is approved, the order is final

No Refunds or Cancellations

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted after proof approval

  • We cannot offer refunds for:

    • Spelling errors or design issues approved in the proof

    • Color, size, or material choices approved in the proof

    • Change of mind after approval

Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately and costs are non-recoverable.

Our Quality Promise

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and, if verified, repair or remake the item at our discretion. This does not include design changes or preference-based concerns.
